Abstract

Physical diagnostic methods used for safety provision have been analyzed. As a result, certain advantages of non-destructive methods have been distinguished in predicting technogenous situations. In particular, it has been pointed out that the usage of contactless means in monitoring operation conditions of various objects is highly actual. A basic concept of vibrodiagnostics, monitoring and risk assessment is described for supervising operation of complex objects on the base of Doppler vibrometer.
