Abstract

The paper presents the investigation of the impact of the dimensions of the corrosion situated at some distance from the spot of damage in the form of а corrosion crack on the value of the tension rate coefficient for the element of a pipeline. At that а new method of determining the tension rate coefficient based on the study of the deformation of the pipeline element model is used.
