Abstract

Working in complex and demanding situations presupposes that the commander of the guard promptly and Rescue Service of Civil Protection of the State Service of Emergencies of Ukraine ability to quickly assess the situation and make the right decision. The combination of high performance level of intellectual development and emotional and psychological stability of the guard is a prerequisite for the adoption of effective solutions in extreme situations performance.
