Abstract

Purpose. To develop proposals for improving the «Lightning» fire notification system to reduce economic costs of fire departments departures of the MES of the Republic of Belarus to false alarms of fire automatics system.

Methods. Analysis of statistical data on the operation of the «Lightning» fire notification system in Minsk. Evaluation of economic costs of fire departments departures to false alarms of fire automatics system.

Findings. The suggestions have been developed to improve operation of the «Lightning» fire notification system, the implementation of which will reduce the number of false departures of fire departments and reduce economic costs from the MES of the Republic of Belarus.

Application field of research. The presented research results can be used in modernization the «Lightning» fire notification system.
