Purpose. This article is devoted to methodical approaches to the organization and conduct of international exercises in the Republic of Belarus in the frame-work of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
Methods. The methods of analysis and planning have been used in the research.
Findings. The article proposes new methodological approaches to the organization of exercises in Belarus and their organizational structure.
Application field of research. The obtained data can be used in the field of conduct and organization of emergency response exercises.
Conclusions. The article presents the results of the study of international experience in the framework of inter-state cooperation in the conduct and organization of emergency response exercises based on the current in the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism. The analysis of the effectiveness of the system of protection against emergencies. The results of international exercises with the participation of MES of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. The article proposes new methodological approaches to the organization of exercises in Belarus and their organizational structure.
