An ascertaining and formative pedagogical experiment aimed at determining the effectiveness of a complex of special physical exercises was carried out. The characteristics and methodological recommendations for the implementation of a set of special physical exercises aimed at developing strength endurance are presented. The mathematical and statistical processing of obtained data was carried out in order to establish the relationship between the physical load of the power orientation and professional endurance when working with certain types of fire-fighting equipment.
Application field of research. The research results can be used in training process of educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus and foreign countries, as well as in organizing vocational training classes with rescuers-firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
