Преимущества и недостатки существующих оконечных средств автоматизированной системы централизованного оповещения

Проведен обзор существующих технических средств передачи сигналов и экстренной информации об угрозе или возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций, рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки существующих оконечных средств оповещения, а также вопросы, касающиеся озвучивания территории техническими средствами речевого доведения информации. В результате сравнительного анализа используемых оконечных средств оповещения предложены способы их совершенствования.
