Purpose. To analyze the possibility and make proposals for creating a unified system for protecting the population and territories of the Republic of Belarus from natural and man-made emergencies and military-related hazards.
Methods. General scientific research methods include analysis and synthesis, comparison, and generalization.
Findings. Proposals have been developed to create a unified system for protecting the population and territories of the Republic of Belarus from natural and man-made emergencies, as well as from the dangers associated with military operations.
Application field of research. The results of the work can be used in practical activities when developing regulatory legal acts.
